In a bowl add flour and salt mix well and then add water to make dough leave for 1/2hour

Now make balls
Roll out the balls and spread ghee - fold it into zig zag form and again make roll

Now roll out the balls and put on hot tawa and brush with ghee, flip and cook from both sides till done
