  • 3boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 tspGinger paste
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 2green chilies chopped
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tbsgreen coriander chopped
  • For coating
  • 1 cupbasen
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • Oil for frying

  1. 1

    Mashed potatoes add spices mix it well to make small balls.

    Mix basen and spices with water to make batter. Now coat these balls evenly.
