Ingredients

7 servings
  • 4 CupsPlain Flour/Maida
  • Water as required
  • 1 tbspGhee
  • 1 tbspSugar
  • 1/2 CupGarlic finely chopped
  • 2 tspRed Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 CupCoriander Leaves chopped
  • 1/4 CupMilkPak Butter melted
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine the maida, water, ghee, salt and sugar in a
    large bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix well and keep aside for 2 minutes.
    Knead again to a chapati dough consistency.
    Make small/medium balls of the dough and roll them out.

  3. 3

    Mix garlic, red chilli powder and coriander leaves.
    Sprinkle some on the rolled paratha.
    Fold the paratha from all sides and shape into a ball.

  4. 4

    Roll it again in a medium circle.
    Heat little butter in a tawa over medium flame.
    Cook the paratha on both sides, applying little butter around the edges

  5. 5

    Remove and serve hot with tea in breakfast 👍
