First heat a liter of milk in a frying pan. When there is an outburst, slow down the gas flame. Remove the seeds and pulp from the custard until the milk is reduced to gas.

(Keep stirring the milk from time to time.) Now when the milk is half a liter from one liter, add sugar and milk powder and stir well. Add milk cream.

Add saffron cardamom powder and custard pulp and let it simmer for five minutes. Once the basundi has cooled to room temperature, leave it to cool in the fridge for an hour. Ready Custard Basundi Serve it cold.
