My Creamy Chicken, Leek & Potato Soup 😋

Heat up the pan add the butter and diced onions fry for a minute.

Next add the crushed Garlic fry for 1 minute stirring. Then take off heat and set aside.

Add the boiling water to a large saucepan and add the Leek and chopped potatoes boil for 5 minutes then add to a blender

Add back to the pan add the chicken, stock cube, pepper also salt stir to mix bring to the boil then add the chicken stirring.

Turn down and simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Leave to cool a little if you wish to add double cream to it.

Then serve hot.
