Buckwheat Masala Pancakes

Pancakes can be prepared sweet and savory. I was astonished to know about 101 health benefits of Buckwheat and included in my daily meal like with wheat flour to prepare rotis.
Here I made pancakes with rice flour , gram flour and buckwheat batter and veggies available for our breakfast. The Pancakes were really so delicious and flavourful as pizza seasoning was added to the veggies.
Buckwheat Masala Pancakes

Here I made pancakes with rice flour , gram flour and buckwheat batter and veggies available for our breakfast. The Pancakes were really so delicious and flavourful as pizza seasoning was added to the veggies.

Mix the dry flours,semolina, curd and required water to make a lump free batter. Adjust the salt. Rest the batter for 20 minutes.

Chop the veggies, onion and mix with chopped coriander, ginger and pizza seasoning.

Grease the skillet and pour a ladder of buckwheat batter. Spread a little. Add 1 Tbsp chopped veggies with pizza seasoning.

Sprinkle oil on sides of pancake and roast both the sides and roast.
Serve hot. I think you might not need any chutney /sauce. I savoured as such.
