Ingredients

  • For rabri
  • 1/2liter milk/
  • 1tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsmilk powder
  • 1 tsp desi ghee
  • 1/2 tspgreen cordamam powder
  • as requiredFew threads kesar
  • 1 tsprose water
  • as requiredSome nuts chopped
  • Sugar syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 6bread slices
  • 2-3 tbspdesi ghee
  • 3green cardamom

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add milk cook well and add sugar and milk powder and mix well and cook add casar threads and cardamom powder and some nuts and add rose water and ghee this rabri thick foam Flame off and keep aside

    Take a pan add water and sugar cook add cardamom and casar threads ready thick syrup and Flame off

    Take a pan add ghee and shallow golden brown fry

    Now dip bread in sugar syrup and arrange serving plate and pour into rabri and garnish nuts
