half kgPotatoes
1 tspSalt
1 tspRed chilli
half tspCoriander powder
half tspCumin powder
5 tbspBaisun
1 tbspLemon juice
half tspMoxed herbs
half tspPaprika powder

First of all take potatoes n peel them

Cut them into fries

Mix baisun with all spices n keep a little runny not v thick.

Coat the fries in this batter and fry.

Take out once cooked and sprinkle chaat masala n lemon..enjoy
