Ingredients

  1. 7Turnip
  2. 10 gramsSalt-preserved sakura
  3. 3 tbsp✿Vinegar
  4. 1rounded tablespoon ✿Sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Microwave the ✿ ingredients to dissolve the sugar.

    Slice the turnips using a vegetable slicer. Place the sliced turnips and the salted sakura blossoms in a bowl. Leave them for about 10 minutes until the turnips start to sweat.

  3. 3

    Squeeze out the excess liquid and mix in the vinegar mixture from Step 1. Adjust the taste with salt if needed.
