Ingredients

4 people
  • 2 cupsBhel/Puffed Rice
  • 1 cupSev
  • 1/2 cupRoasted Groundnut
  • 1 cupOnions (chopped)
  • 1/2 cupTomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 tsp Chat Powder
  • 2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 3 tspCoriander leaves (chopped, for garnish)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Roast bhel/puffed rice. This is optional. I like it this way as it makes them more crisp.

    In a separate bowl, add chopped onions and tomatoes. You can also add other vegetables of your choice like cucumber, carrot, etc.

  3. 3

    Add pepper powder, chat powder, and chilli powder to this bowl. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Now add salt to it. Add the roasted bhel/puffed rice to it. Mix again. Now add sev to this.

    Mix well again. Garnish this with chopped coriander leaves and add a squeeze of lemon to it.
