Egg bread sandwich

Egg being great source of protein, is apt dish for breakfast. Having boiled egg is ideally the best way, but everyday nope! So here is my kinda egg included breakfast. Trust me it keeps you full!!!

Egg being great source of protein, is apt dish for breakfast. Having boiled egg is ideally the best way, but everyday nope! So here is my kinda egg included breakfast. Trust me it keeps you full!!!
Steps

First boil the eggs and peel the skin off. Take a bowl, add the grated carrots, onion, green chilli, Tomato and cheese. Mix well.

Next take boiled egg and grate well and add the same to bowl. Mix well

Cut a boiled egg vertically. Take a slice of bread and keep one half of the egg on the bread. The yellow part should be on bread. Add the mixture surrounding the egg.

Now take another slice and apply butter on one side and place it on the other slice. Butter side should be on top.

Now take a pan and some butter to base. Now place the sandwich on the pan and toast well on both sides. Cook roughly for 2 mts on medium flame so the bread doesn't get burnt.

Now do the same steps with other slices and other of half of egg. Once done with all cut the sandwich in middle and serve hot with your favourite ketchup.
