My husband used to bring me this menu from work cafeteria, and I'm so enjoying eating it with rice with vermicelli, vegetable salad. I'm squeezing lemon on it and i like the taste even more.

My husband used to bring me this menu from work cafeteria, and I'm so enjoying eating it with rice with vermicelli, vegetable salad. I'm squeezing lemon on it and i like the taste even more.

Ingredients

1 hour 30 mins
4 to 5 persons
  1. Fish fillet (fresh or frozen)
  2. as neededOlive oil
  3. 1 cupbread crumbs
  4. to taste Garlic powder or Spices of your choice
  5. 1egg, beaten
  6. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    If using frozen fish fillet, make sure it is thawed good and drain. Cut 1 finger lengths.

    Marinate with olive oil for few minutes, add little salt, pepper

  3. 3

    While marinating, combine bread crumbs, garlic powder (or any spices you like), salt and pepper.

    Dip marinated fillet on beaten egg, coat it with bread crumbs mixture.

  5. 5

    If using air fryer, 110°c for 10 mins then turn on the other side, and keep checking until fillet is cook.

    Preheat pan with little oil, then fry your fish fillet.
