Boil potatoes, when soft, allow to cool.
boil kima with salt and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and black pepper powder - 2
Grate the potatoes when cool. Add a pinch of salt and cumin powder. Mix.

Mix the boiled kima with the grated potatoes, add in coriander and bind it with the egg. Make kebabs and coat with maize flour

Fry these in hot oil to brown

Serve with lemon
