Mix besan with water and add baking soda and make fritters. Now add fritters water and let them soak and squeeze excess water and keep aside. Boil chickpeas.

In serving plate, add papri, fritters, chickpeas, salt, red chili crushed, chaat masala, tamarind chutney, yogurt, sev nimco, fresh mint & serve!
