Steps

Cut raw mango into medium size cubes.

Take a bowl to add mustard powder, methi kuriya, red chili powder, salt, turmeric. Don't mix it. Keep separate.

Take oil in a kadhai for tampering. Add mustard seeds, asafoetida, and off the flame then add turmeric. So it will not be burnt.

Keep aside for 2 - 3 min and then pour this tampering on mustard, methi powder, salt. Don't pour on the red chili powder. After cooling mix all well including red chili powder.

Then add raw mango to this masala. Mix it well. You may add more oil if required. Mango achar is ready.
