    سب سے پہلے کیریوں کو دھو کر بواٸل کرلیں

    پھر ان کا گودا نکال لیں

  3. 3

    کالی مرچ زیرہ کو بھون کرباریک پیس لیں

  4. 4

    کیریوں کے گودے میں کالا نمک چینی بھنا پسہ زیرہ کالی مرچ ڈال کر گراٸینڈ کرلیں چاہیں تو کچھ پودینے کی پتیاں بھی ایڈ کرلیں

  5. 5

    پھر اس میں حسب منشا۶ پانی اور برف ملا کر اینجواۓ کریں
