1/2 CupCoconut slices
1 TspTamarind paste
as per tasteBlack salt and sugar
1 TspMustard seeds
as neededCurry leaves
as required Mustard oil

Put coconut slices in blender. Add the tamarind paste. Add salt and sugar to taste. Make paste.

Add little bit water in the blender. Grind it again.

Pour mustard oil in pan. Temper with 1 Tsp Mustard seeds and curry leaves. Put the paste. Toss for few minutes.
