No-bake Energy Balls
Lots of energy in these raw and healthy protein snack!

In a large bowl start by combining the peanut butter, honey and vanilla. It's easiest to combine these a bit before adding dry ingredients.

Once combined add in the oatmeal, coconut, chocolate chips, and chia to bowl. You can add additional items (almonds, flax, ect.) to suit your preference.

Use your hands and mix all the ingredient together. Once combined, portion a heaping spoonful into a ball (think meatball size). The mixture may be crumble but do your best to form into balls.

Place into a large container and refrigerate. Delicious both cold and closer to room temperature!
