Ingredients

12 servings
  • 2sheets Frozen puff pastry
  • 30 gramsChocolate chips
  • 1Egg yolk
  • 10 gramsGranulated sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Thaw the frozen puff pastry. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on one of the pastry sheet.

    Place another puff pastry sheet on top and roll out the pastry sheets with a rolling pin until slightly larger.

    Brush with a beaten egg yolk and sprinkle granulated sugar.

    Cut into 12 equal strips and bake in a 200℃ oven for about 15 minutes.
