Steps

Heat pan with ghee. Add cumin and mustard seeds and allowed to crackle.

Add curry leaves, chana dal and urad dal, ground nuts and saute. Mix onion, hing and green chili and saute till translucent.

Mix ginger, tomatoes, sambar powder, turmeric, salt and cook till soft. Add potatoes and cook for two minutes.

Add 4 cups of water and bring to boil. Mix semiya and cook till all water is absorbed.

Serve hot semiya after garnishing with green coriander, fried chilli and anar seeds.
