In a bowl add castor sugar, butter & curd. Now whisk everything together until lump-free.

Than put a strainer over the bowl and add all the dry ingredients like semolina, maida, baking powder and baking soda. Combine everything well by adding 2 tbsp of milk. It should be slightly thick consistency. Add vanilla essence & mix it.

Now cover it and rest it for about 10 mins. Then divide the mixture in 5 equal parts, in different bowls, as I am using 5 colours. Now mix each and every colour seperately with different spoons.

Now grease a cake tin with some oil and pour the colourful mixture seperately with a spoon, as shown in the image below.
(A spoonful quantity at a time). Repeat the same process, until your cake mixture in completely poured into the cake-tin. Now dip a toothpick and just make swirl kind of designs from deep-within. - 5
Now for pre-heating, take a kadai with it's base covered with salt and a stand over it. Cover it and pre-heat the kadai for 5 mins on high flame and then 3 mins. on medium flame.

Now place the cake-tin over the stand and cover it immediately. Bake it on a low flame for about 35 mins.

Then switch off the flame. Let it cool down completely & then demould it. Enjoy this unique melt-in-mouth cake with your loved ones.
