Brown the meat in a pot

Roast the butternut squash pieces with oil, sprinkle with oregano and Thyme and roast for 30 minutes making sure to flip occasionally to get them golden brown

Thoroughly wash and drain the kidney beans, chopped carrots (unless using pre cut), chop the peppers into bite-size pieces. Add minced onion (Frozen or fresh) and tomato sauce. Add cinnamon and Nutmeg, Taco mix to taste

Top with sour cream and cheese or what other toppings you would like
