Steps

Wash and soak basmati rice for 20min.

Grind all ingredients of masala to powder.

For marination,in a bowl add chilli powder, turmeric powder,biryani masala,salt,ginger, garlic green chilli paste,curd and mix well add boiled cauliflower florets mix it well coat uniformly add 2sp ghee mix cover and keep aside.

Now cook basmati rice to 90percent adding salt,bay leaf,star phool cinnamon.

Now hat oil in a pan add cauliflower florets make layer then add pudina, coriander leaves,fried onion then make layer of cooked rice then top with brown onions coriander,pudina leaves,ghee.

Cover with foil and lid cook for 10,12min on sim flame.

Cauliflower dum biriyani is ready to taste.
