Easy Egg and Dairy-free Brownies

I threw these together one day when I was craving something sweet.

If you don't have any beet sugar, use maple syrup instead. However, maple syrup will produce lighter-textured brownies. Beet sugar yields heavier, more 'authentic' tasting brownies.
Bake them in whatever tins you have. These also make good Valentine's gifts. Recipe by tiormoon

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 200 grams☆Cake flour
  2. 30 grams☆Cocoa powder
  3. 1 tsp☆ Baking powder (aluminium-free, if possible)
  4. 100 ml★Oil
  5. 120 ml★Soy milk
  6. 40 ml★Water
  7. 75 grams★Beet sugar
  8. 1 dash★Salt
  9. 1 bunchWalnuts

Steps

    Combine the ☆ marked dry ingredients, and sift into a bowl. Mix together the ★ marked ingredients in a separate bowl. Chop the walnuts.

    Add the ★ liquid ingredient mixture to the ☆ dry ingredient mixture, and fold in with a rubber spatula. Pour into a cake tin, and level the surface. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.

    If an inserted skewer comes out clean, the brownies are done. Once cooled, remove from the cake tin, leave to cool and cut as desired.
