Soak the combined moong dal, fice & Udad dal for 2 hours.

Put the above mixture and chilli in mixer jar and grind till smooth paste. Pour out in the bowl. Add the salt,coriander leave and ginger paste. Mix well.

Heat the nonstick tawa on medium flame. Pour a ladleful batter and spread evenly 1cm. thik round shape.

1spoon oil or ghee spread above and cook till both side are golden brown. Than spread a cheese and remove on plate.

A rich protin, carbohydrates,digestive healthy chilla is ready. Serve with cheese, green and red chutney.
