This is a pulao made in different style with a touch of biryani due to the addition of traditional spicy masala as added in a biryani. It has flavour of both pulao and biryani together.

Steps

Wash and clean the chicken. Then take a pan add oil and chicken. Fry the chicken till it has light golden brown colour.

Add onion, garlic paste, ginger paste and tomato paste and cook for 10 minutes.

Then add all dry spices and mix well.

Then add tomato chopped and cook for 5 minutes. When gravy becomes thick and oil separates then add green coriander leaves,mint leaves and green chilli and bhonify the chicken.

Chicken masala is ready then add water as required and boil.

Wash and clean the rice and soak for 15 minutes. Then add rice in chicken masala mixture and cook for 10 minutes on high flame till water dried and dum for 15 minutes.

Pulao Biryani is ready to serve with raita 😋😋.
