A simple and quick aromatic veg biryani recipe prepared in pressure cooker. it is a quick and ideal meal for lunch and dinner.
Steps

Firstly, in a large cooker heat 2 tbsp ghee.

Saute on low flame bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and cumin seeds.

Further, saute chopped onions to golden brown. Also add 1 tsp ginger – garlic paste saute well.

Additionally, add in mixed vegetables,now add in curd keeping flame on low.

Also add in turmeric, chilli powder, biryani masala, coriander powder salt to taste.

Keeping the flame on low, mix well till all the spices are combined well.

Spread soaked rice. Soak basmati rice for 30 minutes. Further, sprinkle biryani masala and salt.

And pour 2 cups of water from side of cooker without disturbing layers.

Cover the cooker and simmer for 25 minutes or till the rice cooks well.

Finally, serve veg biryani prepared in cooker along with curd, salad.
