Ingredients

  1. 8 3/4 ozpasta (about 250 grams)
  2. 10 1/2 ozsliced chicken (about 300 grams)
  3. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  4. 1chicken bouillon cube
  5. 3/4 cuptomato sauce (about 200 ml)
  6. 1/3 cuptomato paste (about 70 grams)
  7. 7 ozmascarpone (about 200 grams)
  8. 1 teaspoonpaprika
  9. 1 tablespoonminced garlic
  10. 1/3 cupwater (about 80 ml)
  11. Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Start by setting the cookeo to medium sauté (or heat a heavy-bottomed skillet). Then sauté the olive oil with the minced garlic.

    Next, add the water, chicken, crumbled bouillon cube, paprika, tomato sauce, and tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything well. Cook under pressure for 6 minutes.

    Once cooking is finished, add the mascarpone, mix well, and keep warm while you cook the pasta. Serve everything together.
