Simple Tempeh Manis

Usually you make this dish by stir-frying it with sambal. But I made it sweeter, so that my kids could eat it. You eat it like natto, just dollop it on rice and mix.

You can transform this dish into a whole new one just by changing the way that you cut the tempeh. If you don't have any kecap manis, you can use a mixture of brown sugar or honey with soy sauce instead. Recipe by Mama fio
