  • Chicken:
  • 4-5boneless chicken breasts
  • to tastesalt
  • to tastepepper
  • to tastegarlic powder
  • to tasteonion powder
  • to tastemixed up salt
  • Salad:
  • 1 bunchGreen onions
  • 1 lbRed Grapes
  • to tasteDried Cranberries
  • to tasteWalnuts
  • to tasteMayo
  • to tasteSalt, Pepper and Janes crazy mixed up salt for flavor

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Add the chicken breast to the instant pot for 25 minutes on pressure cook, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and mixed up salt

  2. 2

    Once finished naturally release for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Shred the chicken and refrigerate for about 3-5 hours

  4. 4

    Cut a pound of grapes in half

  5. 5

    Cut one bunch of green onions

  6. 6

    Add in dried cranberries and walnuts

  7. 7

    Add in Mayo and measure with your heart

  8. 8

    Add salt, pepper, and Janes crazy mixed up salt to taste

  9. 9

    Serve in leaves of lettuce to make lettuce wraps
