Steps

Boil rice along with khada masala,strain it n keep it to dry.do cook 90 percent only

Prepare curd mix.put curd add salt n haldi,Mirchi powder.add oil fried veggies,
Prepare the coriander n pudina items to put over layers. - 3
Now in a deep vessel,add a layer of biryani rice,then masala n then brown onions n then coriander pudina,add rose water n saffron mix...along with milk 1/2 cup.now seal the vessel....to give dum to it...cook it on low flame,for 10 mins... break seal now...check it does not stick at bottom....

It's done serve with onion raita
