Minced meat and cheese stuffed buns

In a bowl add the dry ingredients mix with your hand......add an egg.....knead with the lukewarm liquid to a soft dough......grease your bowl with the cooking oil then place your dough Inthe greased bowl.......cover with clinc film let it rest for 30-1 hour till it doubles in size.....

After it has risen......knead it once more......(make sure you had prepared your minced meat and grated your cheese)......

Make small balls that can fit your baking pan.......take one small ball flatten it creat a small hole in the centre.....add your cooked minced meat + your cheese.....close with your hand to make a ball again.....set a side...... continue with the other remaining.......grease your baking tin with a little oil.....

Align your stuffed balls into the baking tin....using the remaining egg.....egg wash them.....bake @180degrees for 45-50mins depending with your oven.....when they are ready.....brush the top with a little butter while still hot......you can serve with milk, tea, or juice........enjoy!
