Wash the rice and soak overnight, wash again take a cup from the rice and cook it. Mix the soaked rice with cooked rice add garlic and ginger, Blend with water till smooth.

Add yeast to the batter mix and place in a warm place for an hour or more. Break egg add sugar, salt and baking powder mix well. Heat a pan brush with little oil pour 1 cup of batter and close the pan with cover lid. No need of flip when holes appears everywhere it's ready.
