Ingredients

15 miniutes
2-4 servings
  • 2 cupsSoaked and grinded urad dal
  • As per tasteSalt
  • as requiredOil
  • 2 cupsCurd
  • 1 bunchCurry leaves
  • 1 spoonzeera (cumin)
  • 1 spoonRai
  • 2-3Dry chillies

Steps

15 miniutes
  1. 1

    Heat a pan.

  2. 2

    Add oil for deep fry.

  3. 3

    Take the urath dal batter add salt mix it well.

  4. 4

    Take a small size of batter and put it in oil.

  5. 5

    Allow it to get golden brown colour.

  6. 6

    Take a pan to add oil 2-4 spoons.

  7. 7

    Add mustard seeds.

  8. 8

    Add zeera.

  9. 9

    Add dry chilies.

  10. 10

    Add curd to it mix it well before adding vadas to it.

  11. 11

    Add salt as per taste.

  12. 12

    Finally, add fried urad dal vada in it.

  13. 13

    Let it soak for 1 hour.

  14. 14

    And serve it.
