How's make sweet and sour Tamater shorba/syrup :: Heat desi ghee in a wok on high flame add cumin seeds when it cracked, add tomato puree and cook for a minute on the recession flame. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Continuously stir till it turns into thick form and starts leave the ghee, sides of the wok. Now mix 2 cup of water, cook it for 2 minutes. Turn off the gas. Pour tamater shorba/syrup in a bowl. Keep aside.

How's make Tamater Chaat :: meshed the potato and chickpeas. Keep aside.

Take a big iron Tawa or iron wok. Heat desi ghee in wok on high flame. Add cumin seeds, asafoetodia, ginger & green chilli saute with spatula. Add tomato,salt and sugar mix well stir continuously for a minute. Now add potato and chickpeas mixture saute nicely. Combine all ingredients and 1/4 cup of coriander leaves mix well. Stir continuously on low flame for 5 minutes until turns into thick form and starts leave the ghee, sides of the wok. Turn off the gas.
