In a wok,add cooking oil,seekh kabab & fry on medium flame until golden brown (4-5 minutes) & set aside. Add cooking oil, ginger garlic paste, onion & fry until light golden.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Cumin seeds, salt, garam masala powder & mix well. Add tomatoes and green chillies mix well, cover and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.

Add water & mix well. Now add seekh kabab and mix gently.
Add fresh coriander and mix well, cover and cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes. - 4
Add onion rings & mix gently. Cook for 2 minutes.

Serve!
