First of all take soak chana daal wash it twice then put it in a grinder. In a grinder add Chana daal, 3 green chili,7-8 garlic, make a paste.

In a bowl add Chana daal paste and add powdered walnut, salt as per taste,2 tsp garam masala homemade. Mix it well and make the desired shape

Set aside in a refrigerator for 15min after 15min. Heat a kadhai add oil to defry the vada

Take out the vada from the refrigerator and defray them in a medium-low flame it's ready
