Sawaiyon ka Zarda (Sweet vermicelli)

Heat ghee and fry cardamom and almonds for fragrance. Add vermicelli till roasted.

Add water and cook it on medium flame for 5mins. Now Sprinkle milk powder.

Cover it with lid for 5mins then add some drops of kewra water. Off the flame simmer it for few minutes. Then dish out and garnish it with almonds.
