1 1/2- 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
2 tbspSugar
250 mlMilk

Put the cocoa powder and sugar into a mug or heatproof cup. Stir in the cold milk little by little.

Microwave for 1 minute at 1000 W. Remove from the microwave and mix with a spoon.

Microwave it for another 15 seconds, and small bubbles will appear on the surface. Mix once more with a spoon and it's done.

Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. This time I used store-bought, but you could make your own.

If you prefer it sweeter and richer, make it with 150 ml of milk.

For a more sophisticated taste, add 1/2 a teaspoon of liqueur, such as Baileys or Cointreau.
