Steps

Heat the oil and add lever, then lever change their color add ginger,garlic powder, cook a second then add black pepper and turmeric powder..mix well

Now add chopped green chilli, yogurt mix very well and cover it,allow to cook until lever get tender,

Then lever get tender completely add salt green chilli,and coriander leaves mix well and dry the yogurt water according to your desire

Fry Liver is ready,Try at your home and enjoy.
