Steps

Proper wash & cut into thick slices of mushroom & dip in cold water.

For masala take onion tomato
& ginger. Make a smooth paste in grinder. In cooker add oil jeera red chilli & bay leave. - 3
Roast it till brown add grind masala, also roast it proper till oil separate. Add all dry masala & gram flour, again roast for few min.

If required add some drops of water & mushroom pieces, saute it for 3 to 4 minutes.

Now add 1 cup of water & cover it with for 2 to 3 whistle.
Add malai garammasala & fresh coriander leaves it ready for serve
