Quick Shahi Tukrey bites

Seeing this feed full of same type of recipes makes me feel like "oh my God... I want to eat it right now!" 😂😂
Now since we are having so many types of different Shahi Tukra recipes, today while scrolling the feed, I just ran in my mind for all the ingredients.. And yes!! I had cream, I had last 2 pieces of bread left 😂 so just went into the kitchen and within 10 minutes hardly I made it.. Even I didn't wait for it to come to room temperature.. Straight into the refrigerator... And what a peace of mind and soul it was to enjoy it after my lunch! 😇

Cut the bread into small squares. Lightly toast/grill the bread pieces in oil/ghee till nice golden.

In a saucepan add milk, cream and condensed milk. Use a whisk to mix well to avoid any lumpy cream bits. Bring to boil and simmer on low flame for 5-8 mins.

Now in serving dish lay down the crispy bread pieces, top with nuts of your choice and coconut flakes if you like, pour the milk and let rest for 10-15 mins. Then refrigerate it.

I didn't add all of the milk at once. As after refrigerating, the bread soaks all the milk.. So I reserved half milk and poured it when the dish was chilled. Then kept it in refrigerator again. This step helps make shahi tukrey creamier and tastier ever.

Serve chilled and enjoy.
