2kulcha bread
2Boiled potatoes
as per tasteSalt
1Green chilli chopped
1/7 spoonTurmeric powder
1chopped onion
4 spoonoil

Heat oil.add chopped onion and tomato. Saute them for 30 seconds. Add mashed potatoes.add all spices and mix well. Saute for 1 minute. Kulcha material is ready.let it cool.

Take kulcha bread,cut it from centre. Fill potato mixture and roast on tawa with the help of little bit oil.
