Ingredients

5 + 5 minutes
2 servings
  • 2ripe bananas
  • 4-5seedless dates
  • 4almonds
  • 4cashewnuts
  • 4kishmish
  • 2 handfulcornflakes
  • as requiredYou can use sweetened cornflakes if you like
  • 200 mlcoconut milk
  • as requiredMango pulp lollies
  • as requiredChilled water to adjust consistency

Steps

5 + 5 minutes
  1. 1

    It's super easy.
    Take a blender jar. Put in all the above-mentioned ingredients.
    For garnish keep a handful of cornflakes, a small part of banana and mango lollies.

  2. 2

    Blend rest of the ingredients till you get a smooth texture. Adjust sweetness as you prefer. You can either increase the number of dates or add some honey.

  3. 3

    Now transfer the smoothie into a bowl. Put chopped banana, cornflakes and top it with mango lollies.

  4. 4

    For kids you can garnish with chocos instead of cornflakes.

    Even you can add in any fruit of your choice in your smoothie bowl.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve...
