VINDI MASALA is a good item to be served either for party n family ...it's tasty n amply loved by all members of all age ,I have fascination for all veggies,since every veggies have some good taste.mmwhich a good cook can really make worth out of it....This vindi masala is prepared in several ways ,I now present one of the way ,in future I will love to deliver the variations available with different regions....

Prepare the paste,use one onion out of two use 2 And to slice it during chaunk.fry VINDI n potato..vindi should b at least 1 inch...cut both ends.

Now add oil,bay leaf,add masala paste,when oil oozes out add crushed dhania n garam masala powder.add friedb vindi n potato cubes....add haldi,salt n chilli powder.
Now prepare chaunk,start with panch foron,once it splutters....add jeera,sukhi Mirch,Hing n kasuri methi..add the masala kadai to the chaunk...n cover it...for two mins...check potatoes aur done... garnish with coriander
