Easy tasty & healthy bhindi masala is made with some sauted onion,tomatoes, garlic and few herbs and spices...& it's paired with paratha/roti/chapati...

Place a wok or a deep sauce pan on medium flame add in oil heat up,add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves let it splutter add in sliced onion and crushed garlic saute it for 2minutes add chopped bhindi, keep stirring until stickiness of the bhindi reduces, close the lid,let it cook on low flame for about 6-7 minutes,..

Open the lid add all the masala powders and salt combine everything well, add in chopped tomatoes saute it, stir occasionally and cook until bhindi is done and tomato becomes mushy,

Now add chopped coriander leaves and fresh coconut give it a mix & enjoy with roti/naan/paratha
