Dice the onion and garlic

Cut the chilies into slices

In a deep frying pan pour oil and start to brown the garlic, onion and chili peppers

While the rest is browning, begin dicing the ten mil

Add the meat to the pan and mix

Cut the tomatoes into squares and add to the pan

Let cook over low heat so that all the ingredients begin to release their juice
