Ingredients

  1. 8-10 pieceschicken
  2. 2 tbspvinegar
  3. 1 cupwater
  4. 1 tspgarlic powder
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsppaprika powder
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper crushed
  9. 1/4 tspwhite pepper powder
  10. For coating:
  11. 1 cup maida
  12. 1/2 cupcornflour
  13. Pinchbaking powder
  14. 1/2 tspred chilli flakes
  15. 1/2 tspchicken powder
  16. Salt to taste
  17. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  18. 1/3 tspwhite pepper powder
  19. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  20. 2eggs
  21. Oil for frying

Steps

    Wash chicken,make cuts in dip in vinegar water for 1 hour

    Now add all spices and seasoning and marinate overnight or for 2-3hrs

    For coating,mix all dry ingredients and first dip the chicken in this,then egg,then dry coating and deep fry on medium flame

    Fry until crispy and golden brown and is fully tender. Serve with fries and garlic sauce or raita.

Your broast looks so tempting MashaAllah. Saw your chicken is without skin . You haven’t coated chicken with egg. Kya frying kay time coating alag tu nahi hogi ?
