  • 250 gself raising flour,sifted
  • 160 gmargarine
  • 170 gsugar
  • 4eggs
  • 1 tablespoonvanilla essence

  1. 1

    Preheat your oven at 180°C for 20 minutes

  2. 2

    Combine sugar and margarine in a bowl and beat together using a mixer or a whisk until light and fluffy. Add eggs one by one as you mix then the essence.

  3. 3

    Pour the flour into the sugar - margarine mixture and mix together and pour into cupcake tins.

  4. 4

    Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes
