Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  • 4eggs
  • 4 tablespoonsheavy cream (about 60 ml)
  • 4 ozdiced ham (about 120 grams)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 pincheschopped chives
  • Oil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 410°F (210°C).

  2. 2

    Lightly oil 4 ramekins. Add 1 tablespoon of cream to each, then add diced ham. Sprinkle with a pinch of chives and mix.

  3. 3

    Crack an egg into each ramekin. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

  4. 4

    Place the ramekins in a large baking dish filled with hot water. Bake for 10 minutes at 410°F (210°C).
